Our Mission

The Carole Kinoti Foundation, under the visionary leadership of Carole Kinoti, is deeply committed to catalyzing a profound transformation within the Kenyan fashion industry. Carole’s unwavering dedication extends beyond her own accomplishments as a fashion luminary; she fervently invests her time and expertise in training women in product development and quality control, meticulously overseeing each step until the product is market-ready. Through her relentless efforts, Carole empowers women, youth, and those with learning disabilities, imparting them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the fashion world. Her passion and creativity have spawned a myriad of innovative initiatives and collaborations that not only drive skill development and entrepreneurship but also instill a sense of inclusivity, forging a brighter and more equitable future for the industry.

Sewing Machine Donations for Women Empowerment
Our foundation is on a mission to empower vulnerable women by providing them with sewing machines. This initiative aims to offer a means for these women to become self-reliant, allowing them to generate income and gain financial independence.
Training and Scholarships for Vulnerable Women
We believe in equipping women with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the fashion industry. To achieve this, our foundation offers comprehensive training programs and scholarships. These programs are tailored to develop their expertise in various aspects of fashion, from design to production.
Inclusive Boot Camps for People with Disabilities
In our commitment to inclusivity, we organize boot camps specifically designed for individuals with disabilities. These camps provide a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can acquire essential skills related to fashion, ultimately boosting their self-confidence and employability.
Menstrual Health Project for Women in GVC & Prisons
Menstrual health is a crucial aspect of women's overall well-being, yet it remains a neglected issue, particularly in marginalized populations such as those in Gender-based Violence Centers (GVC) and prisons. The Menstrual Health Project aims to address this gap by providing comprehensive menstrual health education, access to sanitary products, and support services to women in these vulnerable groups.
CKF Shelter Project for GVC women
The CKF Shelter Project for GVC women is an essential initiative designed to offer safe and supportive housing for women escaping the many hardships they go through. This project provides a secure environment where survivors can access vital resources such as counseling, legal aid, and vocational training, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.
FOTR Caravan
